Reason #5: No Credibility or Authority
Typically this is caused because of a lack of belief in your ability to get the client results. You don't think you have what it takes. Or you think to yourself, "Why should anyone listen to me?"
Most of the time it's a simple mindset issue.
But sometimes it’s difficult when you're just starting out because you don't have case studies or testimonials. And you think you need to have that before anyone will listen to you.
Nothing could be further from the truth!
We discussed earlier that you already know enough. You don't need a list of previous customers or case studies. Sure that will help you down the road. But you do NOT need that if you don't have them already.
Please, don’t let that stop you.
If you can offer a positive result and outcome to someone's problem, then all you need to do is show them how.
So, how do you actually prove you can help them without case studies and testimonials?

Well, there are many ways. But the best way is by educating your audience with free, valuable content that helps them solve their problems.
You can do that with articles, reports, videos even podcasts. Unfortunately, many of those take a lot of time to create and then you're never sure if/when your audience will see it.
Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying you should not be doing those things. In fact, you should.
What I am saying is there is a much better way.
A way that creates INSTANT authority and credibility and establishes you as the go-to expert is...
By publishing a book.
But not just any kind of book... a Credibility Book!
